Financial Advisor Assistant

We are looking for a people-focused, detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to join our growing practice. This position offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to help shape how the role develops over time.

 Responsibilities

  • Support the financial advisor with day-to-day client service and office operations.
  • Assist with new account openings, transfers, and rollovers.
  • Prepare and process client paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person for follow-ups and scheduling.
  • Maintain organized client records and assist with compliance documentation.
  • Help plan and coordinate client appreciation events and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage general administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and correspondence.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — a genuine “people person.”
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple priorities.
  • Comfort learning financial processes and terminology (training provided).
  • Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or office administration is preferred but not required.
  • Strong general computer skills, including working with email and office software.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
